Located only a few hundred metres away from the beautiful northern Gold Coast broadwater is this wonderful duplex. Situated on a 506 square metre corner block the residence was designed to include two separate drive ways on either side of the corner for each dwelling. The aspect of this design and separate entries created an impression of two distinct homes instead of a duplex. This contemporary duplex was intended to utilise its space efficiently, although being a duplex it still encompassed a large laundry with numerous cupboards and storage space with an attached outdoor drying yard, abundant linen cupboards, several bedrooms with walk in robes and ensuites, communal bathroom and powder room just to name a few. One side of the duplex was built with an internal floor space of 230 square metres and the other 250 square metre, each with their own unique characteristics they were created to differ from one another.
